If you would like Ailena to delete personal data associated with your use of our services or Meta integration, please send a request to [email protected].
In your request, please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or interaction. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
We will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, except where retention is required by applicable legal, accounting, tax, or other regulatory obligations.
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law.
